At the FET Store, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, we understand that there may be instances where issues are found. Our returns and refunds policy is designed to make the process as easy and transparent as possible.


About Returns and Exchanges

The FET Store uses Print-On-Demand to produce and fulfill orders, meaning all products are unique and produced only once ordered.

Important: This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported as we cannot return or exchange items if the wrong size or color is ordered. Please ensure that you revise your items before placing your order. Size charts are provided in the store.


About Replacements and Refunds in the Case of Damage/Defect

In case of a damaged product, a manufacturing error, or you received the wrong product or size to the one you ordered, the FET Store offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof (see table below.)


How to Request a Replacement or Refund?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Contact us stating: 

- your order number
- your name and delivery address
- the name of the item(s)
- the reason

To speed up this process, please provide the necessary photo or video evidence when emailing us, as we can only offer replacements or refunds with this information.

Required Evidence

An issue with the quality of the print

A clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the design and the issue are clearly visible in a single frame.

A product sizing issue (manufacturer’s defect)

A clear photo of the received product being measured according to the measurements provided in the catalog’s size chart. Both the print and the measurement should be clearly visible and the garment should be laid on a flat surface.

The tolerance is +/- 1” for adult garments.

Delivery-related product damage

A photo or video of the received product where the package and the issue are clearly visible.

An issue with the product (incorrect size, wrong product)

A clear photo of the received product where the design, issue, and/or size tag are clearly visible in a single frame.


If you Requested a Refund

We will notify you once we've received your email, along with the required photo proof, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

If more than ten business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please get in touch with us via the contact form. 


If you Requested a Replacement

We will notify you once we've received your email along with the required photo proof, and let you know if the replacement was approved.

All replacements will be processed with standard delivery.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.


Returned Orders

If an order has been returned due to an incomplete or invalid address, a product price refund will only be issued.


Lost Packages

If the package has been lost, the first thing to do is check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.

If the address is correct, please get in touch with your local post office. Occasionally, packages are stored at the local post office for collection.

If, after both of these steps have been completed, please get in touch with us. We will investigate it further and offer a free replacement if we determine that there was no error on your part.
