Requirements for Home Delivery
For a successful home delivery, the following should be provided:
- Recipient’s name (matching the name on the apartment building)
- Street address and house number
- Apartment number (if applicable)
- Floor number (optional)
- Zip/postal code
- Country
If you don't provide the listed information, the carrier might be unable to identify your address. As a result, the shipment will be returned without any further delivery attempts by the carrier.

We do not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Order Processing Time
Depending on your location, all orders are processed within 2 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
Please be aware that we may not be able to meet the above shipping timescales on occasions where there may be issues beyond our control, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems.

Shipping Rates
Currently, we are offering free shipping to customers in the US, EU and UK. This may change in the future, and if so, it will be clearly communicated.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at present. We only ship from our fulfilment centers to domestic customers located in the United States, EU and United Kingdom.
How Do I Check the Status of my Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the shipping time frame stated above from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
The FET Store uses Print-On-Demand to produce and fulfil orders, meaning all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported.
Important: Please ensure that you revise your items before placing your order, as we cannot return or exchange items if the wrong size or color is ordered. Size charts are provided in the store.
